Equal Protection of Every Living Child

Because Every Child Deserves a Birthday

Radio Interview regarding the Initiative

If 20% more of church-goers will vote - and vote prolife - Colorado could become a prolife state within one election cycle! In a Constitutional Republic, we can petition our Legislators to represent us in lawmaking, and when Congress does not represent our values, we have an avenue to collect signatures to get measures onto the ballot that people can vote on directly into law without the legislature. Equal Protection of Every Living Child applies current laws protecting children following birth to children prior to birth, without discrimination regardless of age or level of development.

This initiative would save the lives of more than 24,000 children from painful dismemberment, starvation, poison, and death before the next election cycle and help protect women from the unnecessary harms of abortion. Please help us put this onto the ballot in 2024 so that every voter can choose between the current law of abortion through birth (RHEA) or Equal Protection of Children.

If we have the faith to pray for the end of abortion, we have the faith to work for the end of abortion. Speaking truth in love, we are educating Colorado voters and putting an end to this holocaust against Americans!

Anyone with a heart can love and be loved! If we each do our part to educate those around us right where we are, we can help protect future Coloradans! Let every child know we've got a heart, too! Let's stop killing children in Colorado!

Three out of four church-goers typically don't vote; if Christian leaders mobilize the church and everyone who calls themselves Christian and prolife follow Biblical mandates to protect the innocent and rescue those being led away to slaughter (Proverbs 24:11), we could flip Colorado to a prolife state!

We are using God's strategy. Jesus said to the woman caught in adultery, "neither do I condemn you, now go and sin no more." (John 8:11) This initiative does not criminalize any group of people but criminalizes the act of abortion which brutally takes the lives of an innocent child through dismemberment or poison and harms a woman by putting her into preterm labor or stretching her cervix unnaturally causing potential physical harm and long-term psychological, emotional, and spiritual damage.

Abortion harms women. In cases of rape, it further violates her body and the body of her child. Women should always have bodily autonomy to choose when, where, and with whom to engage in activities that can produce a child, and once a child is created, she is then a mother responsible for the love, care, and protection of her child. Her child's right to life, liberty, and bodily autonomy does not diminish those of the mother; it is not either/or, but rather both mother and child who need protection from the exploitation of those profiting from killing children before they can be born.

When we say we believe in the sanctity of all human life, we are responsible for enacting laws that reflect the sanctity of all human life as worth preserving. We cannot hold people to unequal moral standards or only protect some children. We must put forward a fair and just law that God can bless. Abortionists would love for us to create loopholes, but we must stop the evil altogether so women know abortion is harmful to them (not safe), and everyone is held to the same standard of preserving life. When doctors are stopped from killing children, we don't want others killing children, either.

Children live only once. It is a biological fact that we are living human beings from the moment of conception. Children have beating hearts by 21 days that continue beating throughout a lifetime, faces by 5 weeks, brain waves by 6 weeks, and can feel pain by 7 weeks.  By 7 weeks, children with arms and legs are moving and sucking their thumbs. Currently, these children can be legally killed up to 40 weeks in the state of Colorado.

If we do nothing, we are condoning the current law (RHEA) of abortion through birth. We have a choice to follow God's teaching to create just (fair) laws that protect the innocent, prevent the innocent bloodshed of children, and treat the "least of these" with compassion. This initiative will close abortion clinics and stop abortion pills in the mail. There are more than 200 non-profits, including pregnancy help centers and modern adoption agencies, across Colorado available to help women with their individualized needs that more women will hear about once abortion is no longer an option.

God gave the law of the ten commandments so that we could know right from wrong. Then he gave grace. By giving law, we are telling Coloradans killing children before they can have a birthday is wrong. Then, churches and pregnancy help centers across Colorado can offer women the love and grace needed to bring children into loving and welcoming communities.

After being brain washed for fifty years, and listening to the lies of abortionists, we have to start thinking for ourselves and voting our conscience and our faith. Our faith must inform our laws. If we don't vote our beliefs, someone else is voting theirs. Good laws reflect the moral laws of God; that's why we have laws against murder and theft. "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." (Matthew 6:10) If we remain silent, the evil continues, and the bloodshed is on our hands.  (Ezekial 2-3)

"This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live." (Deut 30)
