When Abortion Becomes Illegal

Once killing children becomes illegal, death facilities will be closed, abortion pills will not be mailed, and people will know that causing a mother to abort her child is illegal.

Most women will not break the law. They will either be more cautious about creating a child or they will find another solution to abortion such as parenting, shared parenting with extended family, or placing their baby in a loving home through modern adoption.

A law tells you that the action is wrong. Making abortion illegal prevents men and women from sinning against God, the child, and themselves. It tells men and women to stop.

For the women who use abortion as birth control, or as a back-up when their birth control fails, abortion clinics will be closed and abortion pills will not be in the mail, so she will need a different plan and back-up plan.

For those pregnant mothers who truly love and want their babies, but a doctor is pressuring her to abort, making abortion illegal will take away that unhealthy pressure on mothers. Doctors will need to find other ways to treat their patients other than ripping mothers and children apart to kill babies.

For the more than 30% of pregnant mothers who were coerced, when killing children becomes illegal, it prevents the coercion of women. It is illegal to coerce someone to do an illegal act.

For another 25% who felt pressured to abort, or the majority of women who felt like they had "no other choice" or couldn't see a better way out, or were deceived or exploited, when abortion becomes illegal, it will prevent most women from being deceived, exploited, or pressured to abort. It will stop the myth that abortion doesn't kill a child.

The law is enforced to prevent victimization. And when the law is broken, the law seeks justice for the victim/s and consequences for the perpetrator/s.

When killing children becomes illegal, the child is protected legally. There becomes a legal way to protect preborn children - and the mothers who carry them.

Making abortion illegal prevents misinformation. It prevents years of regret that haunts or hardens a woman.

God has put in place multiple layers of protections for children - the mother, father, men, the church, the community, and the law. When all else fails the child, God gives the law, "thou shall not murder". God's law is the basis of all moral and just laws.

God is good, and His gifts are good, and His law is perfect. All things are created by Him and for Him - including babies. We can trust Him. He's working it out. He's got a plan. We need to stop aborting God's plans.

To show partiality in judgment

is not good.

Whoever tells the guilty, “You are innocent”—

peoples will curse him, and nations will denounce him;

but it will go well with those who convict the guilty,

and rich blessing will come upon them. (Proverbs 24:23-25)

Do not deny justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous. Pursue justice, and justice alone, so that you may live, and you may possess the land that the LORD your God is giving you.
