5-Point Strategy

Where pastors lead culture follows!

PHASE I: PREPARE THE WAY

Summer - Fall 2025

PASTORS

  1. Preach God's expectations of protecting the innocent through just laws.

  2. Appoint Church Team/s to organize collecting signatures in both the church and community.

  3. Encourage other pastors to participate. For encouragement and ideas, Pastors For Life meets monthly.

CHURCHES

    1. Repent - fast and pray to end child sacrifice in the state.

    2. Inform others on the humanity of children, resources available, and how abortion is unnecessary. Visit gotaheart.org:  CHOOSE magazine (pictures appropriate for children) and Online 5-minute Church Toolkit.

    3. Give special offering/s - 100% of donations go directly to get initiatives onto the ballot!

PHASE II: SIGNATURE GATHERING

Fall 2025 - Spring 2026

CHURCHES

  1. Receive free training and updates through gotaheart.org.

  2. Announce efforts to churchgoers (bulletin, screen, videos, emails, social media, ...)

  3. Sign in/out the Official Paper Petition packets to circulators during office hours and store securely.

CHURCH CIRCULATOR TEAMS

   1. Collect signatures - church foyer, community events, door-to-door, outside stores as people leave, ...)

   2. Fill, notarize, and return petitions weekly and sign out more.

   3. Schedule days/times for church and community to sign and return petitions on-site or "drive-through".

   4. Verify addresses within Senate Districts and communicate weekly tally with state team.

   5. Once goals are met, send teams to other Senate Districts to collect signatures.

PHASE III: GET-OUT-THE-VOTE

Summer 2026

CHURCH TEAMS  - encourage voters in the community to vote "Yes" (individualized marketing available).

PHASE IV: Enforcement

Winter 2026

Report any open abortion clinics and pill distributors to local authorities.

PHASE V: IN-CHURCH MINISTRY

On-going

Offer training (linked at gotaheart.org) to mature Christians on how to help women and men through overwhelming challenges during pregnancy and to help those who need healing from a past abortion. Let the congregation know who those trained individuals are (women for women and men with men). These people are held to the highest level of confidentiality and accountability.

Provide a list of community resources like pregnancy care centers (Care Net affiliates are committed to share the gospel with clients), modern adoption agencies, housing, transportation, etc. for pregnant mothers and single parents.

Prepare the church congregation to love pregnant mothers and minister to fathers. Let the congregation know that every life is created by God and celebrated. And no one is alone.
