When Abortion Ends

What will it look like when the abortion holocaust ends?

According to Katie Glenn Danel, director of legal affairs and policy counsel with the Charlotte Lozier Institute (sbaprolife.org, April 23, 2025):

“Women deserve quality, comprehensive care. Planned Parenthood brazenly refuses to adhere to basic safety regulations—even lobbying against such requirements. When we defund Big Abortion, Medicaid recipients should receive better, more comprehensive care through the community health centers that outnumber Planned Parenthoods 15:1. Americans will no longer subsidize the industry that endangers women, kills unborn children and spends millions to elect woke politicians.”

And that's just defunding it. When the funds go away, so will most abortions, for "the love of money is the root of all evil." (1 Timothy 6:10, KJV) Beyond the funding, when taking away the lives of preborn children becomes illegal, here are some of the changes we may expect:

WOMEN:

  1. Pregnant mothers no longer consider abortion a legitimate option.

  2. Women will be referred to more than forty-four pregnancy care centers in the state, plus churches and domestic violence and sexual assault centers, and other community resources to address a woman's specific needs and concerns.

  3. Anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies, chemical addiction, and need for mental health services will decrease.*

  4. Infertility will decrease.

  5. Women may consider not having sex with men they do not want to father their children.

  6. Women will not feel societal or personal pressure to abort their children.

MEN:

  1. Fathers who would like to provide and protect their children will have opportunity to do so, even if the mother does not want their child.

  2. Men who perpetrate crimes of sexual assault, including rape and incest, will not be able to cover their crimes through abortion and may be held accountable.

  3. Pregnancy could become a way for women to escape abusers.

CHILDREN:

  1. Thousands of children's lives will be saved!

  2. Children may not be treated as property.

  3. Children will know their value does not lie in their ability, health, age, or how they were conceived.

  4. Children will not be missing siblings.

FAMILIES:

  1. Grandparents and extended families may be able to welcome children who would otherwise be taken from them.

  2. Legal and financial barriers to adopt may be lowered with more babies available to adopt.

  3. Parents would be expected to protect their children prior to birth as we expect of them following birth.

MEDICAL PROFESSION:

  1. Time and resources may be spent finding new ways to save lives rather than destroy them.

  2. Medical doctors will be expected to save lives rather than participate in taking lives.

  3. Medical personnel will attempt to save all lives, treating both pregnant mothers and their children as individual patients.

BUSINESSES:

  1. Abortion clinics will close - facilities that deceive women and prey upon children to take their lives from their mothers will not be able to legally operate or advertise.

  2. Abortion pills would not be advertised or mailed.

  3. Monies used to lobby politicians and advertise for keeping abortion legal could be used to improve the lives of women and children.

  4. The unethical practices in IVF could be replaced with humanely understanding and improving natural fertility and stop the sale of humans and human body parts.

  5. Illegal sex trafficking of minors will no longer have the cover of abortion clinics.

    He administered justice and righteousness,

and so it went well with him.

He took up the cause of the poor and needy,

and so it went well with him.

Is this not what it means to know Me?”

    declares the LORD. (Jeremiah 22:16)
