WHEREAS, the Constitution of the United States guarantees the right to life to every person, and that no person shall be denied the right to life without due process of law;

WHEREAS, the term “person” should not discriminate against any group of living human beings;

WHEREAS, we are living human beings from the moment we are each conceived;

​

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that We the People affirm our commitment to supporting that all living human beings should be protected by law as persons; that every living human being has the right to life from the moment we are conceived and shall not be denied that right without due process of law; and that we oppose the poisoning or mutilation of any child from conception to emancipation and therefore oppose the poisoning or mutilation of children in our state constitution under the term “abortion”, or any term, and affirm that a child’s life should be protected by parents and law beginning when a child is conceived, and that no tax funds should be used to destroy a child’s life.
